The Gonzalez team worked hard on my auto accident personal injury case. I got well compensated due to their professional representation. I am by no means unique, I called around like anyone else would, talked to people advertised on the radio etc "beard of Justice" garbage.. Those people are crooks and any normal person should sense that right away. I didn't get that feeling here. You go in and it's like a family operation and they treat you right. Marc sat with me and explained the process thuroughly and even gave me an expected outcome. It's a process so you gotta be patient, I wasn't all the time, but in the end they handled my case like pros. If you're shopping around, trust your case to them. You won't be dissapointed.

Honestly, i wouldnt recommend these guys. Im gonna be completely honest, my case wasnt such a big case with lots of financial gain so im guessing thats the reason why none of the people followed up with me through out my entire case. I had to keep calling them to stay updated on my case. I wouldve appreciated if they wouldve contacted me more frequently to update me, but it look almost 5 weeks to get a update on my case from when we first started. One lady told me 10 days after my case started "Oh we havent recieved the police report" i said ok thats fine.......2 weeks later I HAD TO CALL again and ask for an update ANOTHER different lady answers and says lemme get back to you....6 days later i get a call saying "Hey im gonna be the one handling your case, right now im gonna start on trying to get the police report" I WAS LIKE WHAT THE!! Anyways ...in conclusion...these guys have an ok attitude but there service sucks. They did help me with my case but they could've defitnley provided better servive
