An unfortunate and unavoidable event led me to requiring assistant in what could have been a very stressful and lengthy situation both financially and medically. I've tried to call several times and my calls are never returned. I asked to be texted back, no response. I asked for my case number, and never got a call back. I was billed twice, I had already paid. I'm not sure what to do now.
