If you are looking for a dimissive attorney , this would be a great fit for you, it was not for me . In searching for an attorney , you will find a wide spectrum of people . Where this behaviour comes from , I am not certain , but, I know if I treated my clients rudely , I would have none . And you think I'm going to give you a large retainer and be billed a huge hourly ? Guess again.

I called in on a whim because of an issue/question, and Mr. Buffington gave me his undivided attention and time to hear our issue. Ultimately, we realized we didn't need a lawyer in small claims, but I am just so thankful for his generous time to listen. He just seems like a fair and determined man who will give you his time when you really need it. He is smart and kind and I just really appreciate good people in this world like him! Thank you sir for all your guidance!!

I was skeptical about hiring an attorney after being audit from the IRS in 2017 for the first time. Researching all the reviews online I found Arnold Van Dyk and set up an appointment to helps out with a pretty scary letter received from the IRS. I was worried we would lose everything but Arnold got us sorted out after just a couple of meetings. Not only with his skills but with his strategies He was able to close the audit with no balance due. Was very excited with the news, to my luck I received a letter from the IRS with a second audit. With his professionalism Arnold for the second time help me out and was able to close the second audit again with no balance due ( two in a row). I strongly recommend his law firm, I'd hire him again

Very rude attorney. Knowing that I am not an attorney. Not providing what kind of homeowner issues they handle. After I closed the conversation with them, I realized they only take (HOA) homeowner issues if the homeowner is being sued. That's all. They don't take cases that applies to breach of CC&R or fiduciary duty or neglecting to carry out maintenance.

Fantastic! Highly Recommended! I have worked with Arnold on a number of tasks, including starting an LLC business in CA, Closing an LLC in CA, Opening another LLC in WA, along with other tax projects. He was always super easy to work with, got everything done quickly and explained everything in ways that non lawyers can understand:) I would highly recommend him for anything that you need, you will not regret it.

Did not keep us informed of vitally important case developments and communications with opposing counsel; performed unnecessary work and billed excessively for it; never won any or their expensive motions - not one. Engaged costly expert reports yet utterly failed to use them for any purpose whatsoever. Exceedingly unskilled at mediation, absolutely no match for opposing counsel. Lack of strategy and judgment.
