Mr. Brooks is very knowledgable in estate planning. He has very fair pricing and I would recommend him. He also is using Zoom during Covid-19 to conduct most business and will meet with you in person once you need to sign documents. Give him a call for all your estate planning.

We had delayed updating our Living Trust, after attending a number of lawyer run meetings regarding preparation of such a trust and not finding, what we thought, was a satisfactory person. Then, thanks to a friend of ours, we met up with Zev Brooks. Zev was extremely straight forward, responsive and knowledgeable in answers to our questions. He took the time to explain the process and the meaning of the provisions in the trust so that we could understand them and the ramifications of any of the decisions made. Zev also made it more convenient for us because the meetings were held at our home. It made the task much easier and more efficient for us. It took three meetings to get the Trust set up after Zev answered lots of questions upon our review of the documents. Zev has continued to make himself available to answer any questions we might have regarding the trust. His commitment to us did not end once the Trust was set up. Quality and service is not compromised. Zev does care about his clients and he make sure that you thoroughly understand everything he discusses with you. His professionalism and quality of his work is noted. We definitely will be referring him to our friends.

You can't beat the service for the price! I had been putting off setting up a living trust for a while because it sounded daunting and time-consuming, but Zev made the process uniquely easy. Because he travels to meet you in a convenient location rather than making you come to his office, the process is much easier and more efficient than it would be with most other attorneys. On top of that, because he doesn't have to pass on the rental cost of an office to you, his price for setting up a trust can't be beat. It only took three fairly short meetings and a very little bit of homework (reviewing the documents at home) to get the trust set up. I was very pleased with how well Zev accommodated my busy schedule. Plus, as well as being very responsive, Zev was extremely straightforward and knowledgeable in his answers to my questions, which is a great feature in an attorney (I should know, being one myself). I peppered him with a lot of questions, and he was good at explaining the process, the meaning of the provisions in the trust, and the ramifications of the decisions. Long after the trust was signed and completed, Zev continued to answer the variety of questions I asked him by email, quickly and helpfully. Considering the excellent price, I was originally nervous that I'd have to compromise either quality or service, and neither was the case. Zev Brooks is an excellent and experienced attorney specializing in estate planning and family trusts. He completed our living family trust in 2020 that included our wills as well as transfer of several real estate properties into the trust. He provides his clients with a clear and concise guideline on how to manage other financial assets such as bank accounts, brokerage and IRA accounts, etc., in relation to the newly established Trust. Zev has an excellent policy of returning his clients’ calls and answering their questions related to estate planning. His fees are fairly reasonable compared to other estate planning attorneys and we do recommend him.
