Have Used this Firm Twice for Immigration. Mr. Hasan Abdullah and his team are very professional. The way they handled my Complex H4 Visa was outstanding. Later he did H1 / H4 for my family. I would strongly recommend Hasan if you need an immigration attorney. He helped us to get my wife's green card through employment. Hi is the best immigration lawyer in California. He managed my U Visa case 5 years ago, and when it was time for my AOS, he made the process very easy, and he make sure that everything was accurate and on time. The whole staff are very friendly and helpful, I was always in contact through email getting an answer in a couple of hours even after office hours that it was surprising for me because I wasn't expecting an answer after office hours. I strongly recommend American Visa Law Group and Hasan Abdullah for their expertise in offering legal immigration services. This recommendation is based on my own experience with Hasan for a peculiar case that I sought his services for. My experience with him was thoroughly satisfying and rewarding and helped me significantly for my EB1 I-140 approval. My company sponsored my EB1-B green card petition and facilitated the required paperwork through its partner law firm. I worked with my company's partner law firm for around 6 months to provide all documents, evidences, letters of recommendation, papers, patents, accomplishments, etc. Even though I had to do all the work by myself, I was not mindful of it, as long as it helped with my petition. The law firm furnished a support letter on behalf of my company at the final stage before filing my I-140. I was honestly appalled to look at the support letter they prepared. It was sloppy to say the least. It never had a proper flow and lacked a good use of language and choice of vocabulary. It was rampant with grammatical mistakes, heavy repetition of sentences, mistakes in their drafting despite providing appropriate evidence. It was not to the point and did not nicely articulate the unique traits in my case that would make me qualify for EB1-B I-140. It looked like dumping all items included from a checklist into the support letter. I was never satisfied with the letter and there was laxity on part of the law firm in fixing the issues in the support letter due to perceived over-confidence. So, I reached out to Hasan to help revise and redraft the support letter. I have known of Hasan from his reputation and I had personally sought a consulting service from him a year back that gave me more confidence to pursue my EB1. The current case was peculiar in the sense that it didn't require Hasan to freshly take up my case but only review the support letter thoroughly, indicate his comments and help me revise the letter to bring it to a proper shape before submitting to USCIS. Hasan took up the case for a nominal fee, reviewed it carefully and indicated extremely-pointed and insightful comments in each and every section of the support letter within 3 days that helped me revise and polish the letter. His comments were extremely useful in fixing issues, modifying and restructuring the entire support letter. He once again reviewed my revised letter and made sure that his comments were addressed and incorporated. With his help, the revised version came out too good to be discarded by my company's law firm as the final form of the letter. It was accepted as the final version and signed off by my company, which we subsequently submitted to USCIS for I-140 filing. USCIS thankfully approved my case within 10 calendar days and I felt proud/accomplished to have been approved of an EB1-B I-140. A significant credit goes to Hasan for helping me (and also my company) draft a strong support letter that puts forth my case articulately to USCIS. As a result of his expert services, I have decided to engage him for my EB1-A self-petition filing. Until I get my I-485 and my green card (which takes around 1 to 1.5 years for Indian citizens), I would be facing headaches in changing employers because I would want the new employer to file fresh EB1-B I140 petitions, if I leave my current company. So, I chose to pursue an EB1-A self-petition filing and decided to do it through Hasan and American Visa law firm. I have high confidence in a successful outcome by taking this step with him.
