Hasan helped me with my parents' green card application. It was great working with him because of his strong work ethic and always available calm and thoughtful disposition. We had an RFE for one parent and he put together an effective response that garnered a positive adjudication within a week of sending. I recommend him strongly.

He is one of those very rare people you come across these days that don't just work for money, but for you and your best interests! I could go on and on about how good their business practices are, Sunita is fantastic, I consulted Hasan in middle of a RFE process and after a bad experience with another lawyer. Hasan and his team are fantastic. Our's (I and my wife) was an E-2 Visa case, with a pretty tough situation. But special thanks to Hasan and Mengci for her tremendous research, we got the 5 years E2 visa very smoothly. Both Hasan and Mengci thoroughly studied our case and guided us through each step and weaker points of our E2 visa application. Their office atmosphere is very friendly, and even friendlier staff. Our E2 application was related to Real Estate business, and it was a tough call. But thanks to this team, we were successful. I strongly recommend Hasan and his team for any immigration case. I have gone through with Hasan on my GC path, and now I may conclude he is an excellent attorney. Especially on: 1, very good documentation; 2, always think of client's best interest and give good suggestion; 3 versatile knowledge and experience - When I received request from CIS about my previous 3 years experience where the company had closed, I completely losed what to do, and Hasan helped me to collect proof and passed the tide. If I have the right to evaluate, I would give him full score.

Mr. Hasan is one of the few attorneys who value personal relationship of his clients over business relationship. I first contacted Mr. Hasan more than two years ago after watching his videos on youtube. I sent him a message randomly without expecting a prompt reply. To my surprise he not only emailed me back within 24 hrs with a detailed advice, he did it multiple times over the period of 2 or 3 months months. He was professional, sincere and very knowledgeable. We exchanged lots of emails and there was not a single time that he didn't reply to my concerns. Kept me in confidence and gave me legal and friendly advice for which I am thankful to him even today. The most interesting part is that that he did it all of it for FREE. Yes I was not a client of his at that time and neither did he approach me for consulting fee and we didn't have retainer or monetary fee discussed. All this was done in good faith. Try getting legal advice for free with other attorneys and you will know what I am talking about. Now I am not advocating that Mr. Hasan gives free legal advice otherwise he will go out of business. Its just that he will not ask you for money upfront before opening his mouth like how other attorneys do. He never asked me for any legal fee and thats when I decided that when in future I will need to file my I-751 extension, I will definitely reach out to him. When the time finally came last year, I contacted Mr. Hasan. He promptly advised me the next steps, fee and all the formalities / retainers and it was a smooth process. Mean while during processing time of 6+ months I had questions & concerns that Mr. Hasan happily answered on time. I have had my fair share of dealing with attorneys here in US. Trust me it is really difficult to find one who promptly replies to his clients email. Doesn't charge him for a call or email that his client sends him. Replies back in 24 hrs or so and anytime you want to talk to him, doesn't act as if "why are you calling me, keep waiting for the processing times" or fails to keep his clients updated about the progress of their case. Mr. Hasan is the opposite of all these typical attorneys you come across every day and thats what makes him special. He is one of the very few and rare professionals who treat everyone the same and gives extra boost of confidence to us desi folks who are always worried about immigration cases....
