Lack of responsiveness and support after services are provided
“To pickup the binder from him, i sent 15+emails and waited 30days for him to reply. In the next instance, i bought a new property and wanted to add this to my trust. The same pattern repeats, I sent 10 emails so far and waited 30days but still no reply from him.”
