Worst lawyers you could ever possibly get. We tell them we don't need their services anymore and they still keep trying to push it and represent us. Worst service ever. If I would've known they were gonna be a hassle like this I would've never went through them. Don't waste your time here just go somewhere else. Their workers Rosalinda and Hasani DeLaVega are also the worst! Especially Rosalinda. Bad attitude and lies like crazy and puts excuses after excuses!!

I would never use Jacoby&Meyers again, I've learned alot since my auto Accident and anyone with common since would do there own research before using them and any other attorney! ( NEVER AGAIN )

This is a scam. I got rear ended with my daughter, son, and granddaughter in the car. My daughter is 26 and delayed, I do all her legal paperwork. My son is 35 he also signed with them. I hired them on September 4, 2024 and my daughter signed September 23, 2024 we let them go on September 29,2024 due to my case manager would text 95% of the time. She sent me to a chiropractor that caused more pain. There’s more to it than just that. In the end they changed me close to $586.00 and for my daughter $486.00. My son also dropped them for the same reason and they changed him $672.00. They didn’t file any paperwork. Total BS.

“I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Bains law firm. I deposited all the necessary funds (over $10000) over a year ago, almost no progress has been made on my case. For the past six months, I’ve had to call or text multiple times just to get any response, and when I do, I’m simply told things will be handled ‘soon’ — but nothing ever happens. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I had hoped for professional and timely assistance, but that has not been my experience at all. If you’re looking for a responsive and reliable attorney, I would recommend considering other options.
