Working with Iqbal Bains has been an interesting experience. I initially reached out to Bains law offices back in November 2022 and spoke to Bains about my case and he explained how it would be an easy process for my divorce and custody agreement, however that was not the case initially. He assigned Carolynn, one of his paralegals, to my case and the experience with her was horrid. I would call to get some type of updates on my case and was ignore or could never receive a response. I would attempt to reach out via email and still no response. It wasn’t until I email Mr. Bains himself that I finally received some feedback and assistance. He apologized and assigned my case to Susy. Susy has been such a pleasure to work with. She was able to fix all of Carolyn’s errors and submit all my case documentation accurately. What took Carolyn almost 2 years to complete, Susy completed it in less than 6 months. If it was not for Susy, I don’t know where my case would be, let alone, it wouldn’t have been completed. I would recommend Bain’s law offices with only Bain’s and Susy on your case.

I hired Eric for my bankruptcy case and I was super pleased with my experience. I had all of my documents ready and available which made my process super smooth. Eric and his team were very time efficient and were able to work with me and gave me a discounted rate because of my income. I'm truly grateful for these amazing humans for helping me in my time of need. They communicated thru email and text which helped a lot so I didn't have to drive across town. I only had to go to the office twice. Once for my consultation and second to sign. The hearing was via zoom and Eric was there to guide me through it all. Thankful for Eric and his team.
