“Over several months of managing my case, Ms. English apparently made several rookie mistakes. I only found out about her errors a long time later when subsequent lawyers reviewed the specifics of my case and asked me why my previous lawyer (ms. english) had let valuable deadlines lapse, had not informed me of the consequences of certain actions taken by opposing counsel, etc.”
