In 2016 I got into a DUI crash causing Great bodily injury. After dealing with a public defender, and speaking with a few reputable lawyers, you know the guys you see on TV, who told me that things didn’t look good and that I most likely going to serve 8 to 10 in prison. I felt hopeless until I sat down and spoke with Gregory. Right away I felt better, because he was straight up with me. He told me that every case was different and that he would do his best to keep me from going to prison, that I might have some jail time. I believed him and sure glad I did. He advised me immediately to do a few things that would help my situation, so I did. Gregory and his team went above and beyond my expectations, looking into the laws, questioning sentencing guidelines, researching similar cases, he was even prepared to take my case to the 9th circuit court of appeals if necessary. I am very impressed with Gregory, he informed us of what to expect at every appearance and there was never any surprises. Two years later, Gregory was able to work things out with the Victims, and Court, so that I didn’t spend another night in jail or prison. I did get 5 years of probation and have to pay restitution but I was able to be home and live life with my wife and kids. In my opinion my decision to hire Gregory, was best for my family and I. He is an expert in his field, absolutely cared about the outcome of my case and did exactly what he said he would. Thank you Gregory.

On January 23, 2021 my whole world came crushing down. My son had been in a horrific car accident along with a friend of his. My son now was facing 4 felony charges for DUI and bodily injury.
