When I started my divorce process, I was obviously in need of help. Mary and her team were very understanding and patient, from my consultation to the day my divorce was finalized. . Everyone on her staff was so nice and professional. All my questions were answered and the communication was great. I worked with Mary and Jonathan thru out the divorce process and court proceedings and also with everything that comes with a long term marriage. I have no complaints. My ex went thru 3 lawyers during this process, and I was grateful that I had Mary representing me. I always felt like Mary had my back and best interests as my attorney. On more than one occasion Mary gave me her professional opinion which saved me from making what would have been bad financial decisions. Best choice for this kind of situation, trust me.

Needing a divorce attorney is not ever a good thing, but when you do I would highly recommend Mary. She was very honest from the start, did not make any promises she could not keep but keep it very real but was able to be companionate while being very professional. She gave honest recommendations but always listened to how I was feeling. Her knowledge of the law and how court works, along with her experience with the local court system helped me to make decisions that lead to an agreement that I am very happy with. She worked well with the other attorney making sure deadlines were kept. Mary also communicated with my support system which was very helpful for me. I am very happy with Mary and her support staff and I would highly recommend her to anyone with a difficult situation. Ms. Moshrefi helped to negotiate an order and stipulation regarding joint physical and legal custody of our daughter. She got me substantial monthly child support payments and an agreement that was probably 95% of what I wanted. She was kind, professional, a good listener, did not over-promise, and really delivered for me. Her office staff are knowledgeable, hard working, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!!!

In the midst of a pandemic, hiring an attorney, while living out of state, having to work strictly through email, phone and zoom is nothing short of a nightmare! But, if you have to do so, Mary Moshrefi is absolutely who you want to fight for you. I have never had to hire an attorney before but Mary, from the start, put us at ease and we quickly realized her professionalism. She reached out to us a couple days before Thanksgiving, on her day off and made it a point to help us take a deep breath!
