I had a DUI case that was several years old in Fresno. I didn't realize until I was pulled over for a traffic ticket that I had an outstanding warrant on this case. I had showed up years before and nothing was presented in court. I checked up a few times after that over the course of the next couple of months. Still nothing. Thinking the whole thing was over and done with, I went on with my life. Then this happened. I contacted Mr. Mitchell and he went to court to deal with the situation. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that put me at ease. I only had to appear in court once. He argued in court to have the case dismissed and sure enough that is exactly what happened. I was very pleased with the way he handled my case.

My husband and I hired attorney Michael Mitchell to handle his DMV and DUI cases. It was important to us that we avoid a suspension on his license because he is a commercial driver and supports our family. Mr. Mitchell and his staff did a very good job explaining everything. In the end he was able to prevent a suspension and he was able to get the DUI reduced once we got to court. We were very pleased with the what he was able to accomplish.
