Mike Mitchell hired me in 2011, when I was in my first year of practicing law. I learned a lot from him. He is very ethical and professional. I have had the opportunity to work with Mike on hundreds of cases. I can say that he works hard to get his clients the most favorable outcome possible.

Mike & his staff are great. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and was always willing to answer every single question I had in a timely manner, no matter how many times I asked the same thing or how stupid some of my questions were. Mike was able to assist me in getting 2 felonies and 2 misdemeanors dismissed before trial. His flat rate allowed me to know what to expect ahead of time. Overall, having Mike as an attorney gave me hope and confidence in a hard time of my life. 5 stars just isn't enough!!!!!

When deciding to choose which attorney to represent me was a hard decision. I made the smartest decision to contract Mr. Mitchell as my attorney. From the start he was completely honest of my chances of even winning a decision in my favor. I could really sense that he wasn’t in it just for the money and more of helping a person out that simply made a mistake. In the end Mr. Mitchell won my case and all of the charges were dropped. After my outcome It’s easy to say he is an expert in D.U.I cases.

They dropped my case off the word of my landlord .did not take the time to speak to me about what she had alleged. Which was mostly fabricated. I did not receive a call to discuss, just a letter in the mail releasing them from the case. Not very professional. I had pictures as proof. The landlord only had her word. Will never recommend and will always suggest anyone using them go to a different attorney

Before I had my first court date, I wanted to find a excellent attorney to defend my case. I was charged for a second DUI while I was on probation. Michael Mitchell gave me excellent advice and support throughout my whole case, he never disappointed me. He's a true Professional and cares about his client. Grateful to write this review, because I feel so fortunate for finding the services of Mr. Mitchell. I was facing a DUI charge, felt terrible about myself, and had no idea if there was any way out of it. I sought out Mr. Mitchell, and after listening to my explanation of the incident, he assured me that we could fight the charge and even have a chance at winning. We went to court and Mr. Mitchell was so good with his defense and questioning of the officers involved that the judge dismissed the case entirely! I was so relieved. A few days later I recieved notice that the District Attorney in charge of my case had appealed the dismissal. Yet again, Mr. Mitchell fought for me and we got the case dismissed again! I really owe a lot to this man, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking representation for their case. He's very kind and passionate about what he does!
