In mid-2005 I found myself charged with two counts. Rachel Hill took the case and from the beginning worked hard investigating the case and charges against me. Her reassurance, confidence in our case, and the competence she displayed in her exchanges with the prosecution as well as the judge eased many of my concerns. In 2006 she was able to secure a ruling whereby all charges were dismissed “in the furtherance of justice.” I will always be grateful to her for all of the hard work she put in on my behalf.
