Folland law group Brian. Hello, my name is Yesenia Velasco. I repurchased a home on 5/26/2020 with the guarantee that it would be built in 3 months, no more than 90 days, no later than December. December came around, and the home was not built. They wanted me to continue paying increases on the house and gave many false promises. Then they turned around and closed down my escrow and sent me back my deposit. Miraculously, Mr. Folland had contacted me the same day that I had explained my situation (10/6/2021), and I was able to get his help. I want to thank him for all his help. He walked me through the whole situation, explained to me what they were doing to me, and every issue I had with them. He was there to assist me and he answered all my questions. I had a lot of questions. He assured me that the house was mine no matter what, and that they would never be able to take the house from me. He had to reassure me of that over and over again because this company was doing so many things to me. Luckily, he was there to hold my hand through all the struggles. Thanks to his accomplishments, I finally received the key to my home on 7/5/2022.

This pace is no good. Makes you wait for an 1hr 30 minutes just to tell you they are still busy even though we had an appointment. When you inquire for their services they are quick and responsive. As soon as you do a deposit and hire them them don’t answer and take for ever. We went to see them for a I-90 since Feb. and it’s July and they still have not filled anything. We really can’t do much since we already paid them for the services they haven’t done. They lose paperwork and make you fill it again. They make excuses and they keep saying they are waiting on the criminal background. Which they response was within 4 weeks. They had the fingerprints since March and have not move with the process. No venga con estos abogados. Son muy lentos y no procesa su aplicacion imediatamete. Les pagamos desde Febrero y todavia no procesan nada. Cuando tienes cita te hacen esperar 1 1/2 y aun haci no te ven. Al principio son muy atentos y reponden rapidamente pero cuando ya les firmas el contrato ya no te contestan ni te regresan la llamada. No caigan con ellos. Nosotros venimos por el anucio con Don Cheto. Estas abogados no apoyan a la comunidad hispana.

Attorney Folland is by far one of the best family attorney's out here in the fresno county area. In my experience speaking to him gave me the confidence i needed with my child custody case. He truly helped me and is still helping me in everything to have sole legal custody of my two children. THANK YOU MR. FOLLAND FOR ALL YOU DO, not just for me but for my children!

Whenever we try to get ahold of them they don't answer our calls or text. Dont even call us back we have to be constantly calling them.. But when they need their payment they'll harass us with calls when our payment is every month on the 9th. They'll call us 4 days before that and every day until our payment is paid. I had a appointment one time and waited an hour and a half while pregnant wasn't even seen.
