the folland law group made me feel welcome and that they cared about what i was going through he was upfront and honest in what i was going through and help me fight to keep my kids with me. it takes a lot for a single dad to be able to do that and i wouldn’t have been able to do that without there support and help through it.

In my case, I needed immediate action to be done due to me and my children moving to a new county. Because of my current court order, I needed the courts permission in order to move with my children. I contacted multiple attorneys around Fresno regarding this matter and all of them told me the same thing stating I just simply could NOT move at all or else I would be in contempt. I understood the circumstances, however what I needed to know was, what were all my options...and that is how I received my services from Brian. He contacted, I told him my situation, he helped me file an Ex Parte, and it was filed, served and had the court hearing about a week an half after speaking with him. His paralegal Elizabeth kept in great contact with me, very responsive via text and email. Brian was on time for court and thanks to him and his team, the judge granted my ex parte and my children and I were all able to move. Brian was very understanding and willing to work payment arrangements with me. Him and Elizabeth were great throughout my experience with their law firm.

$3,700.00, to process citizenship paperwork? It seems very high.

Very unprofessional and comes to court very unprepared, I hired Brian Folland to represent me in a custody case, I was never told what the plan was, was just told that my case was strong and he will have no problem getting me what I want. I had given him 4,500.00 and then a month later when there was a dispute with my ex and I, he had told me that I need a restraining order and he would file it but I would need to give him 4,000 more. I told him I don't have it and after that he never gave me any more advice. He made promises that he would try and talk to my ex's lawyer to come to an agreement and never did. Both Brian and Windie told me my response was filed, even after I told them the mediator told me I had no response on file, they both assured me it was, only to find out two weeks later on our first day in court when both the judge and other attorney state that they have nothing showing for a response being filed. Brian states he just filed it that day!!!! Also at court he didn't even fight for me just asked for a continuance because he was unprepared, he didn't even know my current court order and left me on my own to talk with the judge and other attorney about modifying our current court order. Also stated in text to me that I had no proof of my claims and that he saw no pictures when I had sent tons of pictures to him two months prior. Brian and his staff are very unprofessional. Seems to me to just be running some sort of scam making promises they can't keep, and taking peoples money. Do not do business with these people.
