When faced with termination without cause, I contacted and hired Dan to represent my interests. He did so, contacting my employer, working with them to design an equitable severance package, and then represented me when faced with an unrelated (and unfounded) lawsuit regarding sexual harassment in the workplace. He worked tirelessly as my advocate and helped ensure my interests were taken care of as the lawsuit became more complex and involved additional defendants and attorneys. He always responded quickly to inquiries and maintained excellent communications every step of the way. He never seemed rushed, perturbed, or out of sorts. Navigating non-disclosures, non-compete, and non-solicitation agreements was outside of my comfort zone and well within his area of expertise.
