Nuttall Coleman are one of the best attorneys not only in Fresno but in California. Legal knowledge that is unmatched in both criminal and personal injury. Great legal staff to back them up as well. This review is long overdue, Roger Nutall defended me as a juvenile and helped me gain a 2nd chance in life. It’s worked out beautifully. Roger Nutall and his partner Michael Coleman are prime time!

I had spoken with an associate in their office about doing some work for me, and after doing some research on the attorneys, that Nuttall & Coleman had working for them. I decided not to hire or consult with them. At one point, the Nuttall & Coleman law firm had hired another attorney by the name of Edmund Charles Gil. The very same Edmund Charles Gil, that committed prosecutorial misconduct in the People V. Gran Murder case in Madera County. Back then Edmund Gil, was practicing and working as a Deputy District Attorney for the County of Madera. After he was convicted of Fraud & prosecutorial misconduct, the Madera District Attorneys office fire him. Read the following from the California State bars web site. EDMUND CHARLES GIL, A Member of the State Bar, No. 159127. Case No. 14-C-00180 - Since respondent Edmund Charles Gil, State Bar Number 159127, has been convicted of violating Penal Code section 470, subdivision (b) (forgery), a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, it is ordered pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 6102 that respondent be suspended from the practice of law effective August 27, 2014, pending final disposition of this proceeding. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 9.10(a).) It is further ordered that respondent comply with California Rules of Court, role 9.20, and perform the acts specified in subdivisions (a) and (c) of that role within 30 and 40 days, respectively, after the effective date of this suspension. After Attorney Edmund Gil was convicted of fraudulently altering a Victim Services Advocates (Mary Ariz,) sworn declaration in a Murder case, (People V. Gran), He then failed to pass the Multi-state Professional Responsibility Examination. Read below. Case No. 14-C-00180 - Respondent has not passed the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination within the time prescribed in the Supreme Court order filed June 16, 2015. Under the authority of California Rules of Court, rule 9.10(b), respondent Edmund Charles Gil, State Bar Number 159127, is suspended from the practice of law in this state effective August 22, 2016, pending proof of passage. Nuttall and Coleman knew about Edmund Gil's past behavior of prosecutorial misconduct and fraud, and yet they still hireD him. When I spoke with one of Nuttall & Coleman's assistants and asked whether Edmund Gil was still working for them, she stated no he's not. Yet on the Calbar web site page for Edmund Charles Gil. It states the following. My wife Roberta Switzer called about a situation she was enduring, left a message for Rodger to call her back. Now mind you, she hired Mr. Nuttall in the past and he did a great job which cost 10,000 dollars. You would think he would have called her back either way but he didn't. So, you get one star Rodger, not because of lack of knowledge of the law but rather lack of common courtesy.

Mark Coleman is trying to help me get a record straight which was mis-reported to the FBI. Dropped off information for them to look over and the receptionist and other people greeted me with smiles and positive attitudes! They even made me copies of what I gave them for my personal records! Thank You! If you have a legal matter that they specialize in, give them a try and see if they can help!

This is a great law office. Mr. Coleman and Corinne are great, and they were nothing but amazing. They are informative, they helped and were available to answer questions via email, phone, or in person at anytime.
