I contacted this man to inform him I would be pursuing full custody of my children and to my surprise I was mocked by this man for calling in and telling him in the most civil way possible so he wouldn’t waste his time and resources drawing up an agreement. As a survivor of domestic violence I advise all survivors of domestic violence to STAY AWAY from this VERY unprofessional “lawyer”. I am still in shock that this man would act that way towards a victim of domestic violence. Shame on you Tim, you deserve to be reprimanded.

What I experienced at the law office of Rick Horowitz was professional law practice at a high level that you would want from your lawyer. Rick was a straight forward no nonsense type of man with me something I really appreciated. He was also very knowledgeable about past cases that helped with my own but not just that he knows what’s legal and illegal in the courtroom a skill that helped my case get thrown out. Some specific things that did happen was that the judge did rule against me I was falsely accused but Rick filed a motion for me won my case and had it thrown out. I put all of my trust in mr. Horowitz and his advice and it worked out perfectly in the end. I am forever grateful for his hard work and effort. I will definitely recommend him to whoever needs help. Not that I intend to get into a situation where I’ll need his services again but if need be I will seek mr. Horowitz help again for sure.

Based on my experience with annette smurr it is my opinion her CHOSEN CONDUCT is UNHOLY. It is my opinion she is NOT equipped to practice law. Praying for her CORRUPT (devil) soul. Attorney’s response is delusional and NOT accurate at ALL. DISHONEST.

I would like to thank Mr. Horowitz for all his legal help. He really helped my father and family in the time of need. My father is elderly and has Parkinson’s and was not treated fairly when he was arrested. However, Rick helped and stood by our side the entire time and did this pro Bono. Rick was truly remarkable. I was looking at multiple felonies and he worked so hard to get most of them dismissed and the others dropped down to a misdemeanor. He was so patient, informative and kind through the whole process. This was my first time ever in trouble and he did not judge me. He walked me through the whole process with ease and compassion. He would take time to slow things down and explain everything in full detail so I understood everything. His assistant Serena and himself were always there for me and were the friendly faces I needed when I couldn't turn to anyone else.

Rick is hands down The best lawyer in Fresno. I was falsely accused of a crime in which I did not commit. My freedom was at stake and I was possibly looking at some jail time. Rick is passionate at what he does. He had my back from beginning to end. Not only did Rick get the DA to dismiss my case, he also prevented my professional license to work from being suspended. She did an awesome job on my nephew's criminal case two cases of assault with aggravated great bodily injury and she got him felony probation. She also represented him in a large personal injury settlement. my whole family loves her down to earth way . She gets results.
