Shady. DUI cases are getting free passes (of course $$$$) but overall from the cases I've watched, it's a free pass. However, in criminal cases, the DA is taking "he said/ she said" cases to trial. This I know for a fact. Is this about revenue? Quite possibly. Crime in Fresno has gotten worse under this DA. Cause and effect.
