I am a former client. Although I'm not a lawyer, I've worked as a paralegal and I've encountered plenty of bad lawyers. Mark isn't one of them. In our dealings, I found him to be thorough, nonjudgmental, and talented. The outcome of the case was better than I had expected. The receptionist was excellent, too.

We called Mr Broughton in the morning. His assistant was professional and Mr Broughton talked to us on the same day. We sent him some documents and by the next day he advised us on his views....without any fees. He believed we could handle on our own .... but if needed he would always be there. He acted as a real gentleman. If needed we will hire him
