The initial person with whom I spoke was very friendly and helpful, however, when we went for our initial appointment the Paralegal was distant, and while polite, she never smiled, acted as if of the information I had was marginally useful, and I felt as if she was just waiting to get out of her office. If we knew what we were doing, we wouldn't have had to contact an attorney. Sometimes the disability is what keeps us from being proficient, its why we need help. I felt as if we were a burden just by being there.
