Mr Carter and his staff were excellent!! Their compassion and patience were amazing. My emails/ questions promptly answered and communication throughout the process. Mr Carter or the staff updated me every step of the way. My needs and care were a priority to to this firm. I never felt like just another case file. Mr Carter and the entire staff always treated me like a person. Their knowledge and drive to fight for me was top notch. I hope I will never need an attorney for an injury like this again, but if I do, I know who to call. Would HIGHLY recommend Mr Carter.
