Obnoxious clowns. There have to be better attorneys in Fresno. And Manny, the paralegal, in my opinion, is a prevaricator of the worst order. Stay away!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This law firm is extremely rude, be littling, lack time management, and unprofessional. I've had friends who used this firm in the past, hated them. I didn't hire them, my estranged spouse did. Attorney Kinder and her Paralegal Manny are horrible and have me in tears. Manny made me feel stupid and was verbally abusive. He wouldn't let me ask questions regarding the papers I needed to sign. He continued to state untruthful things. He even told me he would call the Police if I came in the office to meet them to answer my questions. I informed Atty Kinder about him, she had no regard to how he treated me. She didn't apologize for his behavior. I would NOT hire this firm. I'm trying to wrap up my divorce papers and Moran law represents the other party and I'm self represented.

Mr. Luton assisted me with my fiancee's criminal case. He was able to get charges dropped. He was very informative and open minded towards suggestions that I presented to him regarding the case. He showed that he cared for my fiancée's situation. He was also reachable after business hours. I would definitely refer him.

Hired Janay Kinder to handle my divorce. She represented me for over a year and there was no movement in my case. She was being paid thru a program offered thru my employer. I felt there was no urgency on her part to handle my case. A year later, I returned to the office for copies of my documents that my current lawyer told me they should be able to provide me. The firm was unable to locate them.

I have been in and out of trouble for my whole entire adult life I am 37 now and Mr. Lamanuzzi was my attorney and the one person that stood by me in court that had my back and gave me confidence because he believed in me and he showed that he believed in me by fighting a justice system that isn’t fair to people that have been in trouble before because they all look at us like we will never change but with him fighting by my side, he did everything he possibly could to keep me out of prison and home with my 15-year-old son and my newborn baby if it wasn’t because of Robert Lamanuzzi, I would be in prison right now he fought so hard for me and I’m so thankful for him because he saved my life by believing in me and having faith in me He gave me a chance to be a mother again to be a normal person and I’m so I cannot thank him enough. If you’re looking for an attorney that will fight for you because he believes in you he’s your guy.
