This was the worse experience had my fiancé waiting for 4 years and just to say they need her to fill out a packet then send her a letter that same day saying theyre done with her when she called confused they said that's the best way to put it theyre just done with her. SO MUCH BETTER WHEN HIS MOM WAS AROUND.
