I can’t say enough to express my appreciation for this team! I have been fighting for disability benefits since Dec 2018. I started by applying for disability on my own, and after my second denial I brought on Pena & Bromberg to help me. Today, January 29th 2021, I finally got my fully favorable decision! Take it from me- you do not want to attempt going through the disability fight alone. You need someone to explain the jargon and lead you through the journey. Mr Pena explained to me what the process would entail, and even had a mock-trial with me so I knew what to expect. His office was always quick to return my phone calls and emails. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Pena to my family and closest friends. Worth every penny they earned!
