Jonathan Peña and his staff are simply Amazing! About 3 years ago I had an hearing to appear before a Social Security Administration Judge. I had been receiving SSDI for several years. After my case being denied and on my second appeal. I sought the help of Jonathan Peña. Whom was highly recommended as a Social Security Disability Attorney. At this point, naturally I am feeling extremely apprehensive and discouraged. About whom to trust and if they will have my best of interest. I did reach out to a few lawyers from the search of my results. However, upon my initial call I spoke with Mr. Pena Legal Assistant, Jesus. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, he heard me out and allowed me to tell my story. His team of staff communicates very well collectively. Jesus and Donna were able to guide me through the entire process efficiently, honestly and assuring I had all the information I needed. Aside, from the extremely satisfactory conclusion to my case, I can honestly say that in the 16 months spent it took to complete, Jonathan was wonderful to work with. He was there to answer any questions throughout the process and he has a very personable personality, that really let you know that you are in good hands. Mr. Pena was able to get disability for me when others had failed. He also was able to get back pay for 4 years. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him and his team.
