My mom’s case did not win the first time despite having a good case but Jonathan Peña reassured us we had a good case. They helped us with the appeal process. My mom didn’t have to worry about anything or add more stress to her life. Went back for a second hearing and we won her case. All the staff has been wonderful. Always answered all our questions and they made things less stressful for us. Highly recommend.
