Shanna is seriously the most selfless and helpful attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She puts the same level of commitment and expertise as she does helping clients when she is helping others in the legal community. Her knowledge is vast and her passion to help is out of this world.

Take it for what you will, but for a law firm, they don't seem to handle things very legally. Sending, more than one "3 day notice to vacate" all of which were never filed with the county courts, via EMAIL and passing it off as being officially served. Attempting to send eviction notices, again not filed with the county court and emailed to pass as officially served. Rude to the people that THEY CALL if you dont agree with what they are saying, or point out that they are in the wrong on a legal standpoint. Not a business that I would want fighting for me. They're attept at scare tactics are only useful if they're up against people who are ignorant of the law. Edit: Im not here to defame anyone. Im simply stating thr facts as they are presented. I find it rather amusing that you find it fit to accuse me of caring enough to be so petty to attempt defamation due to conflict of interest. I could care less what the situation is. The fact is that you think you can bully someone as long as they're ignorant of current laws, send unfiled eviction notices and play it off like sending an email is an official serving. Trust and believe, I could care less about your success or lack thereof. I care about people knowing the truth, and the truth is that you conduct yourselves in a very unprofessional manner, its not okay, and the people have the right to know whats up.

We had an issue with our HOA, when I contacted to this Legal Firm. I must say Google brings up a lot of attorneys in Fresno area, but very few of them takes HOA cases, and even fewer gets to solving them. Luckily, I found this firm to help us out. Will definitely recommend 👌
