Unprofessional and unethical conduct, such as sending unfiled eviction notices and using scare tactics
“Take it for what you will, but for a law firm, they don't seem to handle things very legally. Sending, more than one "3 day notice to vacate" all of which were never filed with the county courts, via EMAIL and passing it off as being officially served.”
