Suffice it to say, I pray I never need the legal services of Mr. Days ever again. But having needed an attorney, at one of the most difficult times in my life, I can be honest, God could not have sent me (or allowed me find) anyone better. Having had substantially insufficient representation, from a different attorney, at the beginning of my case and for over a year into it, I knew I needed a change. My prior attorney simply wanted me to plead guilty, as there was “No way…” I was ever going to get a fair trial, a better deal, an acquittal, etc…etc. That prior attorney would slam his fists into the table at our meetings and, literally, yell at me that he was doing everything he could, when I knew full well that he wasn’t. That prior attorney would not answer written correspondence, phone calls to his office or even give answer to my concerns during our personal meetings. All of that changed the day I met Mr. Days. Immediately upon my introduction to Mr. Days, he wanted to know what I wanted and how I wanted to proceed. He listened to me and my concerns. Mr.Days helped save my life. He got my whole case dismissed, and I cannot recommend him enough for anyone that is tired of overpriced lawyers that hardly do much to help. He even gave back the funds from the retainer! My family has needed lawyers on multiple occasions even spending $40,000 to no avail. Well let me first start off by saying that this man was a straight up ANGEL Sent From Above 😇 👼 😇!!!!! If you want someone that is gonna fight for you like you are his own blood then this Marc Days is the one to go through FOREAL!!! Back in "2004" I was facing 9 years for a Felony DUI with GBI, and at that time this man wasn't even a Attorney he was a Public Defender, now we used to call them Public Pretenders and some still do but Marc Days WAS NOT ONE OF THEM AT ALL. He showed that he actually gave a s*** about me and what I was facing, he even spoke out in court TWICE and almost got held in contemt, so at the end of it all he brought 9 years up state in prison down to 16 months with half time!!! Marc is an excellent Attorney. He was thorough and diligent with my case, communicated well throughout, and fought to achieve my desired result. Marc knows his stuff. A simple consultation with Marc will tell you all you need to know. His belief system and strong family values are evident in his demeanor and he's always a pleasure to speak with. He covered every aspect of my case from top to bottom. The entire process went exactly as he said it would and he established an unbeatable defense. His aggressive and strategic style of representation was highly successful for us. I only appeared in Court once during the entire process. Three things occurred which I believe define Marc as an Attorney: 1) First and foremost, he obtained the result I wanted (Other Attorneys told me it wasn't possible and to accept a plea deal); 2) Marc presented our arguments extremely well in Court, so well in fact that others in the courtroom with their own attorney approached me and asked for his information; 3) When all was said and done, the Court sent me follow-up paperwork with a discrepancy. Within 5 minutes of bringing it to his office Marc personally contacted the court clerk and demanded they correct it immediately. Within 5 minutes Marc handed me corrected paperwork and I was on my way. The swift turnaround was amazing to witness. He's one of the best, if not the best, Attorneys I've dealt with.
