My parents and I were looking for an attorney to help with an immigrant visa petition. I had a consultation with Jessica Bobadilla and she was very unprofessional. For this consultation, we had to do a three way call since my parents live in Mexico and before this call, Jessica assured me that she spoke Spanish. Jessica was unable to keep the call organized, she was unable to communicate clearly because of her broken Spanish and was very impolite and demeaning towards my parents. Both of my parents are well educated professors who understand the process; she tried to make it seem like they just weren't able to answer her questions when it was her who couldn't communicate them properly and became frustrated. Legal immigration processes are already dreadful and can be intimidating, Jessica made my parents feel like she was another immigration officer and not their attorney.
