I was in a bad situation, and was referred to this law office for representation. I was represented by Arthur LaCilento himself, and quickly found that he was the best possible attorney for me. He quickly sized me up and offered quick advice on how to minimize my weaknesses. He also quickly came up with a plan and executed on it, giving me my best possible outcome. His approach wasn't so much "rah rah comfort everything will work out" as it was "Here is your situation, and here is what we are going to do." It was an attitude I greatly appreciated, and I have a feeling he changes his approach based on his client. His rates were also a bit lower than other firms', without compromising on quality. If you ever find yourself in an unthinkable situation, I highly recommend giving Arthur's office a call.

Art is a wonderful man! If you feel hopeless and feel like everything is horrible and falling to pieces? Feel like your not being represented properly? have him represent you! He got me my kids back. Mr. Lacilento saved me and my family from being taken apart by the same government that I fought hard for in Iraq and Afghanistan. Somethings wrong with the justice system, something sneaky is going on that's allowing the government to have so much power over our parental rights. Trust in God and don't stop praying.

Art was definetely a compassionate person, we got ourselves into a situation where we dint know how to response or take. we were accused of something. ( which i don't want to get into). Art reassured us that he had done so many of these cases. we trusted in him, he knew he's stuff. he also fought for us in court. most attorneys just stayed quiet and followed what the judge would say. but not Art, he would try to prove to them that we did not do what they accused us or. He tried to get things done for us because the judge even requested it. Since he had been handling these cases for so long, he would always have us one step ahead of the court. loved it. In the end we followed Art and the court and our case was closed just recently. I am so happy to have my freedom back. Thank you Art !!

First, I would like to say if you are reading reviews for an attorney such as Art, that you are probably feeling worried and have some very difficult times to work through. Rest assured that you do not need to Search anymore. I understand how this feels and was there as well, I spent hours and days researching and reviewing lawyers to find the most skilled help I could. I had two previous lawyers and I truly wish I had Art and his expertise to begin with. The law he specializes in requires a truly unique knowledge, a heart of gold, and a man that will fight for what matters the most! I was terrified and in the most difficult time of my life. I was blessed to find Art as a referral from another attorney, Shaun McMillan. There is nothing more important in this world than my family. I spoke to Art and his wife Susan at length prior to retaining. I felt comfortable and entrusted them throughout this process and they were with me every step of the way, with a true dedication and focus to me as a client and my needs. Art is a fighter, and he is a kind man that does not allow anyone to push him around. Like many other reviewers have said, if he believes in you he will fight for you.! Also, he is honest and will tell you the truth. If he knows you are wrong he will tell you. I cannot say enough about the integrity and compassion this firm exudes. I had Mr La Cilento represent a family member 2 years ago and he is a pitbull. If he believes you he will go all the way. When dealing with any county or state to get your kids back you need a strong voice with full knowledge of the law. He got my cousin full custody of his kids from C.P.S. in riverside county which is almost impossible.

Art is absolutely AMAZING!!! Without him, I probably wouldn't have my baby home with me today. I can't say enough good things about this man and his huge heart.
