Recently I was facing a serious felony and two years state prison time, and upon hiring Jimmy Cha, he was able to get a plead to a misdemeanor with no jail time and community service at an organization of my choosing. He seriously cared about my case and was honest and assured he will do his best possible. Recently I was charged with a 2nd DUI offense with an injury to 2 chp officers. I was facing a felony with a possible 3 years sentence in state prison and racking up thousands in fines. After going to more than numerous court dates, Jimmy stayed persistent and assured me he was going to do the best he could. With that being said, he was able to reduce the felony to a misdemeanor, my fees dropped to $500, and substituted jail time for house arrest. But due to my own fault in an house arrest violation, I had to go to county which I was later released within 48 hours. i would recommend jimmy cha to represent anyone. He was very professional, and also kept me up-to-date with my case. Never left me in the dark about my case, but called me weekly to inform me what our game plan was going to be. Also, kept me calm through the whole experience.
