Jimmy Cha has made something that is miserable and unpleasant bearable. He is very professional at the same time very understanding. He is no nonsense lawyer and deserves accolades for his commitment to his duty. No one wants to go to a court but when you need to be sure that you have a competent lawyer who understands the case and system. I highly recommend anyone who needs a legal service to give him a call to get legal consultation. He has delivered more than above and beyond my expectation and guided me through the whole process to keep me from worrying too much. Jimmy Cha is the best! He's got your back ! I was arrested for my 3rd DUI in Fullerton, a separate charge of driving on a suspended license for the 4th time, and 3 probation violations. One of the probation violations required 120 days in jail as I previously violated probation on that case before. I was suppose to go to the North Justice Center in Fullerton for the 2 new cases and the probation violations. I didn't know what to do. I was looking at 1 year in jail on the 3rd DUI, 180 days on the driving on the suspended license since this was my 4th, 120 days on one probation violation, and who knows how much more time on the other 2 violations. I spoke to some of my friends, and they all referred me to Jimmy saying he was the best criminal defense lawyer around. They weren't lying. He was easy to get a hold of. Easy to talk to. And he was very straight forward and honest with me. He really batted for me. He was able to dismiss the 3rd DUI, clump up all the cases together, and now instead of going to jail, I have to do 120 days of house arrest. That is it! Jimmy really batted for me and kept me out of jail. I seriously thought I had no other choice but to go to jail based on my priors and probation terms that required jail terms if I violated them. Jimmy really worked hard for me, and after almost a year, the cases and probation violations have finally ended with no jail time. He really cares about your case, and knows how to move around the court at the North Justice Center, as I've seen him speak to prosecutors and judges, as if he knew them personally. Jimmy Cha is a life saver! Needed a criminal defense attorney for someone who found themselves on the other side of the law. From the first time I spoke with him, he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. First off, the professionalism Mr. Cha brings is extraordinary and very pleasing. It’s stressful going through court especially when one is not familiar with the system. Mr. Cha goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what’s going on and will LISTEN to what you have to say. This means a lot when dealing with a lawyer. He’s very informative and easy to get ahold of. He will make you comfortable and also really straight forward. I honestly hope to never have to contact him but if something were to ever happen again, I know who is MY lawyer. Thank you Mr. Cha for all your help. BTW my case was never filed and he made sure of that.

I did not get legal representation from Mr. Cha. I called expecting to talk to a receptionist and he answered the phone saying hello.. I said is this an attorneys office? He said yes! How can I help? I explained my boyfriends situation and he looked up his case and gave me amazing advice. If I hadn’t talked to him we probably would have hired an attorney who just took our money but couldn’t do anything for us anyways. Mr. Cha was so polite and told me not to hire anyone. What attorney would tell you not to hire someone? If I ever needed legal help in the future I’d go to him and also recommend him. Don’t hesitate to call. He’s extremely nice and honest.
