David Borsari was referred to me by another Attorney in Los Angeles. I was very pleased with Mr. Borsari and his diligence to my case as well as the outcome, a dismissal. I was Falsely accused and subjected to a Citizens Arrest for a crime of turpitude in the most bizarre of situations. So strange were the circumstances that the truth defied belief. But not David Borsari, Mr Borsari saw clearly that I and my Wife were the subjects of a person who had weaponized the Police. David got right to work even coming to the location to take statements from the Witnesses that the Police overlooked. A few days later when this same person harassed us again at 9:30pm, David was right there to answer his phone and provide Critical advice In-The-Moment that proved wise even to this day. Mr. Borsari guided this case through an over-zealous OCDA Office, uncooperative in providing subpoenaed material, 7 OCDA Prosecutors & Covid-19. Yes the wheels of Justice turned slowly, but with Mr. Borsari 's diligence common sense prevailed and the case was dismissed. Mr. Borsari also obtained a Court Order to Seal the records and help restore my reputation so wrongfully taken from me. She made a lot of mistakes while charge a high price (she charge us by mins). Our case had a major delay because she did not know how to uploaded documents to CEAC. She told us that is the NVC ' fault that the case was stuck. She did not updated with current immigration law and has no knowledge about online processing . Unbelievable heartless person, Don't care you or your family at all. A good lier too,after we paying her premium and asked her for invoice, she was extremely rude and care less to told us that stop contact her. please dont waste your precious time and money with her, She is not willing to help and an meanest lady I hever know.
