Was recommended by another Lawyer to help with a submission and if necessary an appeal for Home confinement. He assured he'll do everything he can to help. That was not the case. He wrote a letter of recommendation and charged me $1,500 for nothing. Got denied and he said "sorry, nothing else i can do". Talked to another lawyer just now and he said "of course there's many options, first we'll do a modification of the original sentencing etc" . Thanks for nothing David.

Really helpful with all questions. The process took a little longer than expected but Indu and her staff were very knowledgeable about the paperwork and the process for my case. Even though they did a lot extra work with phone calls and emails, their pricing was very reasonable. I also worked with Indu and her staff remotely (never met her in person since I live in the Bay) but her and her staff still took care of me and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

Evelyne Hart was very professional answered every question I had prior to taking my case. She did not lie about the process like some lawyers do. She explained what would get my process denied before taking my money and explained that if any of the reasons for denial were met we should not apply for the visa. My whole process took less than 1 year to complete I was petitioning for a fiance visa and glad to say thanks to her my husband was able to be in CA within 3 months of starting the process and now has his permanent residency.
