I’m still in process of petitioning my mom. When you make an appointment they ask you questions and go through the whole process and cost of petition and fees. I will repost once process is done. If you want your case to move quickly make sure you gather all documentation required before you finish paying them because they have more cases as well. I delayed in sending some documents since November and I already finished paying since then. So I am just waiting to hear back from. When I call and have questions or email they get back within 24/48 hrs. May 6,2024 I have reached out again. I haven’t heard back yet I assume they get a lot of emails and I reached out again today but by email. They tell me the same thing that the lawyer still has to review it. Wish they can give an option that once the lawyer has reviewed and has the form ready you can pay the rest. I’m trying to stay positive though because when I called in February they told me by the end of February it will be ready but nothing. Still staying positive though hoping I was not scammed.
