Very unprofessional. They do the process good until they receive the funds from insurance (if any) then they will delay your check and try to take long as possible. It’s been almost three months after they received funds and close my case and still have not received my payment. Needed to call them to request an update only for them to have excuses, they tell me I will get a call back and never do. Need to keep calling every week for updates. Now they tell me that there has been a breach in their bank account and for security reasons they cant access the funds. Seriously!! As of now I have not received my check, 3 months!!. Will keep everyone posted once or if payment is received. Don’t trust reviews posted here as they can be in-house. My friends are going thru the same situation with them and will be posting their reviews soon.
