Took 3+ months for a case review that never came, 0 transparency from their side and each time I called the answer was always ‘I’ll see if we can expedite this for you’ which gets old and tiring after a month or so. I wasn’t by any means expecting quick work, however I was initially quoted 2-3 weeks and after weeks of follow ups with zero update I told them to close my file. 0/10 would not recommend. If the initial case review and communication was this poor I truly had no reason to think things would get any better.

They've had my case since November 2022. In September 2023 I started calling for status. I was told that it was being reviewed. I was told this in October and November. I expressed my concern for how long it was taking to make a decision about my case and how the statute of limitations for filing an EEOC complaint passed. Less than a week later I was advised that they couldn't take my case, not because I didn't have one, but they just couldn't deal with it at this time. They gave me the name of another attorney to contact. Hmmmm....perhaps I need to file a lawsuit against them for causing me to lose my rights to file a complaint with the EEOC? A SCAM!!
