At first I was very confused about the whole process bodily injury, property damage, what’s what? Agree with all the negative reviews. I'm glad I didn't go with them. From the start there was a lack of communication and professionalism, and it is almost impossible to get a hold of them to get answers.

Long wait on case, I was told I will be called back with information on case, long wait on calls.I was told several times case manager needs to talk to me and never calls.
