This company is extremely unprofessional and stole my case. Refused to return my call for months to the point they closed the deal and now are putting a lean on my case. Last time I checked you didn’t break your ribs in that car therefore why are you preying on an innocent human being. I don’t and didn’t need a middle man money hungry like this fraudulent company. I got a bigger settlement than what they got on my own merit. So why would I need you!!!? You will be seeing me in court. You’re a scam company. So quick to steal but never in the office to return calls. These are peoples lives you’re messing with. And karma is very real. No one should ever contact this or any law group about an accident. Take the middle man out. They are losers!!

Répertoire of the poor service that was corrected 2 Years ago. Made 4 phone callsonly seeing à word about A CASE OF MINE THAT HAS SETTLED.. NO ONE THERE CALLED OR EVEN LEFT AN EMAIL. maybe it's not the Million Dollar settlement your firme is accustomed to but I Have Been waiting ALMOST 9 YEARS ON THIS SETTLEMENT. AND ITS NOT FAIR TO BE PLACED ON HOLD, THEN TURNED OVER TO ANOTHER RRCORDING OF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! DISORGANIZED AND DECEITFUL!!! They are a complete mess, delayed my claim for over a MONTH! They told me not to speak with insurance about my claim, that they would report it to my insurance. Then someone called me and asked if I filed the claim, I said no because they told me not to. This caused them to file the claim several days after it happened. They acted confused as to why I didn't file the claim?! Then they had me be seen by this chiropractor that they have a lien with, I was told I wouldn't have to pay a cent, then they asked me why I wasn't using my insurance, um HELLO I've been following your instructions this whole time I'm not sure why yall are so confused. I kept having to speak with different people who were completely on different pages, as if they have no filing or record system to keep track of clients. I did some digging and found out that I was going to have to pay for the chiropractor, but it would come out of my settlement money. I feel like they really took advantage of me while I was traumatized from my accident. They literally did nothing for me but slow down the process. I've been without a car almost 2 months now. This company does not care about you, it doesn't even seem like they care about the integrity of their own business. Messy, messy, MESS!

If I could give zero stars I would. We have been trying to get a hold of someone since December to ask about our case and we have yet to receive a call back. I would not recommend this law office to.anyone.
