First let me start by saying I have never had to get a lawyer in my life JT legal group is my first. Going into it I thought it was going to be a complete headache and was not happy but once I started speaking to Liz Razo I had a complete change of mind. I would highly recommend this legal group for the simple fact that they never made me feel as if I wasn’t being taken care of. Not once did I feel unsure of what I was going on they kept in contact with every action that has been taken and not just that. Liz would call just to see how I was feeling and making sure I was up to speed with everything. Great people who truly care.

My mortgage company, Nationstar was not applying the checks I sent them, then claiming delinquency and threatening foreclosure. Garine, at JT Legal, advised me enough to get through the negotiation with this company, which is known to be deceitful and predatory. She kept checking back with me until the matter was settled. I was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism and grateful for her important help.

With very little time left before a very unfortunate foreclosure was to take place, JT LEGAL GROUP took action and was able to stope the sale. They know how to do what needs to be done. Thank you JT LEGAL GROUP!

Before calling JT legal group I called several law groups to get help, and everywhere I called I felt lost and uncomfortable. Up until I called JT Legal Group. Jackie Karapetyan was astonishing, she was straight forward and knowledgeable. She knew what me and my family was going through with the lender. She took the case last minute and helped us save our home. I can’t thank JT Legal Group enough. I highly recommend them.

(WARNING) Jackie and someone else called me 2 times about my review, just to harass me to change my review...they will argue with you on a how you should give them a better review! No help at all, still holding my case and not answering the phone.. these people are the worst legal group ever, don't use! I have a family and I lost my house/job and these people are the reason.. Have only been with J.T legal for a few days Now. When I f first spoke to them , I spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Lisa at the time of my call I was rather upset being that I just had experience in auto accident. From the start she answered all my questions and put my mind well at ease since speaking to her and signing on with JT Legal Group the staff I have talked to have been very professional in answering my questions and assigning me an attorney which is in the process right now. Though my case is just starting I'm confident that with JT legal all will work out for me in the end so far my experience has been nothing but positive being so I strongly advise anyone being in need of legal help to check out JT legal

Dont bother! Quick to collect your monthly slow to work. Everything costs extra yet we signed and discussed a flat fee. Their whole case was based on notes. They didnt even read the loan documents. Our representation even asked the lender we were working with to negotiate on our behalf because the opposing council was too aggressive for her to deal with.... Really??? We had to call everytime to get updates on our case. NEVER AGAIN!!
