Gina represented me and my husband in a case for breach of residential lease involving legal issues of first impression. She defeated defense motions and we ultimately won a judgment against the defendant, as well as regain possession of our property. The law and the facts were both complicated, and it took several hearings with supplemental written briefs and oral argument to finally prevail, but the ride was well-worth it. She always had great instincts on strategy and kept us posted on what was going on.

Gina was a lifesaver. She did an outstanding job knocking out a lawsuit for alleged quiet title and declaratory relief for me in a commercial real estate context. Within three months, the case was over. She won on a demurrer motion, without the other side being allowed to change their complaint, do any discovery, call me for any depositions, or for trial. The other side has promised to appeal and I am confident she will do a fantastic job handling the appeal if they do. I cannot say enough good things about her! If you want to win, you must hire her!

My brother and I had to pleasure to retaining Ms. Hogtanian for two matters. In my case, it was a very hard fought legal matter which required a detailed knowledge of the law. Ms. Hogtanian excelled, not only in her knowledge of the law, but her draftsmanship of complex motions and oppositions. I cannot sufficiently express my thanks to her. Her work was a reflection of my office and I was proud to take submit her work under my office's caption.
