This dude is a foreign agent. He’s not good at acting and stutters a lot in the presence of a judge, even worse when it’s a virtual meeting. Oh, and the money is not a problem..

I feel compelled to share my overwhelmingly negative experience with the legal services provided by Carlo Spiga in defending my health license. The entire ordeal has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it is crucial for others to be aware of the shortcomings in Spiga’s representation. From the onset, communication was a significant issue. Despite assurances of timely updates and responsiveness, Spiga consistently fell short in keeping me informed about the progress of my case. It was disheartening to find myself in the dark during a critical period where clarity and transparency were of utmost importance. Furthermore, I was profoundly disappointed with Spiga’s lack of preparedness and diligence in handling the legal aspects of my case. It became evident that the necessary research and thorough understanding of my situation were not undertaken. This negligence resulted in subpar representation during hearings and an overall lack of strategic direction. During court proceedings, Spiga's courtroom presence left much to be desired. Their inability to articulate a compelling argument and failure to counter opposing counsel effectively only exacerbated an already precarious situation. It was disconcerting to witness a lack of advocacy and passion for my case, which one would reasonably expect from a legal professional defending a client's livelihood. Moreover, the billing practices employed by Spiga were exorbitant, considering the substandard service provided. The fees were not commensurate with the level of representation, and I felt as though I was being charged for services that were not rendered. In summary, my experience with Carlo Spiga in defending my health license has been a regrettable and costly endeavor. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to explore alternative legal representation thoroughly. It is my hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience and avoid the distressing consequences of inadequate legal support in matters as crucial as professional license defense.

This man took my criminal case and left me in jail. When I got out, I was never able to speak to him. His avoidant behavior after accepting my $5000 was extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and do no allow him to represent you or your loved ones

In 2004 I hired Atty Carlo Spiga to represent me in a Federal Probation violation case in front of US District Judge Florence Marie Cooper attorney Spiga took my 5,000 dollars and left me in jail. The court had appoint me council to help me with my Case if you don't believe me It's public information verify it yourself . US v Dennis J Alston. This guy is a command and liar.

I never thought I would have any problems with an old item on my record. Then out of the blue, INS started asking me questions about it. I decided to find a lawyer to expunge my record. Mr. Spiga did everything and before you know it..the expungment was granted!! Way to go!!
