Paola was attorney! She provided excellent service for me and family as we processed an Adjustment of Status for my Stepson. She was very responsive and always answered questions and messages in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable about the whole process and kept us in the loop with any information needed. I heard about attorney Paola via a friend and looked her up on Instagram, she was very patient with my questions and concerns about applying for DACA Advance Parole. She kept me updated and infomred through the whole process and even checked in with me before my travel, during, and when I arrived back to LA. I felt safe and was able to enjoy my trip back in my homeland (after 24 years of not visiting)! Anything having to do with immigration is daunting, but Paola made the process as smooth and easy as possible. From day one, she was courteous, professional, and extremely detailed while outlining the process and expectations. She made sure to keep my wife and I up to date throughout the year it took to get approved through adjustment of status, and she made sure to outline the options I had throughout the process while guiding me through decisions. There was never a lack of communication and I never found myself concerned or with any questions after conversations/emails with her. Initially I had gone and seen an immigration attorney in Glendale. He did not specialize in the immigration issue I had and he could not help so through google, Neri Law Offices and Paola's name popped up as an immigration lawyer in the Glendale area and saw that she provided the immigration service I was looking for. I looked at her reviews and also reviewed her instagram page and show how committed and caring she appeared to be to her clients. I hired her to request immigration records for review through the Freedom of Information Act. Paola was detailed about the process . Also when I was providing her the necessary info to request the documents, questions came up and she was quick to respond to my texts and returned my call right away. After I got the FOIA request, she took her time to inform me of my options and was candid and honest about them even when it didn't benefit her. I would recommend her to others due to her experience, knowledge, honesty, passion for her work and consideration and care she showed me as a client.

Three year later, I contacted her to answer some doubt about my citizenship application process. I am doing this review with great gratitude towards Attorney Paola. We found her on Instagram after going through many attorneys and saying we had no case with very little explanation as to why. Before hiring Paola, we had our case pending with an “attorney” who never told us much about our case but kept charging us for his services when nothing was being done. We are so grateful to have come across Paola, we right away noticed the difference. We hired her in June 2023 for a U Visa Certification signed by a judge. She explained the procedure and how our case would work with so much detail and explanation. She was quick to answer our questions and provided clarification instantly. She does also speak both English and Spanish which made things run more smoothly for us. In August 2023, we were notified that our U Visa Certification was signed by the judge (did not expect that quick of a response) and we are now continuing to work with Paola toward filing a U Visa.
