Just full of bad people

Excellent staff communication!!! They kept me informed through every step of the process. I had never been in a car accident before or needed an attorney, so I was very nervous about hiring one but everyone at JT Legal made this process so easy, they took care of everything for me. Thank you JT Legal!

I thought they were gonna take care of me, I got in a bad car accident and they told me they could’ve made a deal. They must of didn’t like the numbers cuz they passed my case of to some other attorneys and my statute of limitations almost up. Literally made promises to me and 2years later nothing.

I would highly recommend this law firm. They had a friendly staff whenever I had a question. They answered my questions they were keeping me updated with my case.

I called JT legal group with a car accident insurance claim in February. I gave them all the details of my accident and had my witness contact them aswell to explain the accident he witnessed. After calling dozens of times over the next few months there was no progress made with my case and I was never contacted until 6- 8 months later by jt legal group asking for additional details proving they had never made progress with my case in the first place. They still continue to contact me asking for additional details after i told them to delete my number because i have no intention of pursuing this case with them anymore. Unprofessional

Teara Bryant- my newborn baby and I were hit by a school bus recently sad to say… but I am happy now that i was promised a 100 gift card and also that the case shouldn’t take no longer than 6months since they’re not taking it to trial… So I’m really counting on them but honestly I’m scared to go through with physical therapy because you guys say that they take their cut out first and then I get left with the bill that’s scary and I hope they don’t prolong the case to up the percentage on me to take most of all the settlement .. but I am going to personally ask if sona will help with my case since i seen so many great reviews about her... and I pray that they give me a fair out come.. Haig and the team were truly awesome and very helpful and thorough in helping myself and my fellow class action members with our case against a former employer. It was a long-awaited process, and finally, after nearly 3 years and so much hard work and dedication from the HBK Team, we finally got our settlements in today Thank you, Haig, and team members for your diligence, efforts, and results provided for all involved. Had the most awful experience with these people. My case manager promised me so many things because I got ran over by a pick up truck while I was riding my motorcycle. The case manager promised me that we would go after the hospital for medical malpractice and because the person that hit me had a commercial policy that we would go after him as well. But once we reached the negotiation process, my case manager quit along with his assistance to work for a different law firm, and the negotiation manager pretty much told me that they couldn’t do anything that the case manager promised. She told me that it’s best if I just settle for literally a fraction of what I was promised and thought I was going to receive. Eventually I settled because I didn’t want to deal with the headache anymore now, eight months later I’m in the process of getting a better job, but requires a background check. and the people that are hiring me are wondering why I have a medical bill in collections. I told him I would look into it which I did come to find out. J T Legal did not pay the full amount for my medical bill as they promised, and I called them to notify them about their mistake and their answer is that too bad I already settled. I don’t really ever write reviews for anything, but this is to warn people not to work with these individuals ever.

Si existiera un cero Estrella's ese le corresponderia son unos ineptos para llevar un Caso dejaron mi Caso fuera a bancarrota al fin no solucionaron nada solo me dejaron con una deuda de hospital de 30,000 ni si quiera fuy El que causa El accidente fue la Otra persona que SE paso la lus roja, ha causa de ESO no puede trabajar casi mas de Medio anio solo dejaron daniar mi credito y mi deuda era solo de 19,000 puede aver llegado un acuerdo de pago pero Ellos desian que no que Ellos solucionavan y nunca isieron nada solo dejaron que los biles haumentaran... NO COMETAN EL ERROR DE ASESORARSE CON JT LEGAL Group
