They said we can help did call reviews on case said we would get them for this and that had me thinking we had a case then 2 months later email me saying we can not help you.

Had me sign a document like they were going to take my case. Told me I would hear from them in 30 days. Never heard from them again. Were too concerned with saying they weren’t representing me at this point than telling me. They are trash. Will find someone local, they didn’t seem concerned with helping with my situation. The State of California and these lawyers allow these garbage companies to get away with everything imaginable. It’s shameful.

Hello my husband employer relocated to a different city 3 hours away from home & the employer wanted my husband to be in a hotel Monday thru Thursday but my husband refused to go to far. So now unemployment had denied the claim stating that he voluntarily quit and that there was job in the area but my husband refused that's a lie. Pls help

Couldn't help me out - but had to set an appointment and wait to find that out. Their phone system kept calling me at times outside of the appointment, which got me extremely confused.

The attorney and team are definitely on point they definitely want to help us as individuals who are dealing with work issues, I definitely recommend them.

The Davtyan name is a name recognized and associated with excellence in the law practice community. The opposite of scam artists. So chill. The confusion is; this Firm does not just hand out retainers. Cases are examined with a "fine toothed comb" and excepted or rejected based on the most probable outcome. Nothing personal. My case is currently under review. If my case is not excepted, I will feel relieved. Most likely means; though I "felt" something was wrong, legally actions taken against me may have been 100% acceptable. Consolation prize? I get a professional opinion from the "Top Guns" of employment law for $free.99. Awesomeness!
