I can't thank attorney Tigran Palyan enough for his help.Tigrans knowledge and experience of the law eased my stress and anxiety. His personal and approachable demeanor made me feel comfortable and not so overwhelmed. Throughout the entire process I was always well informed, my phone calls promptly returned and all my questions and concerns were addressed. Palyan was patient and understanding to my difficult and often frustrating situation. He was able to remain calm and focused during times that most would not. After my accident I called so many places and had very little luck getting anyone to call me back. I had never been in an accident before and the guy that hit me wanted to forgo insurance and handle everything off the record. I can't even begin to tell you how HUGE of a mistake that would have been. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. This is no exaggeration to say this statement, but the life I lead today is due to Tigran and his excellent law firm. I was dealing with a move away case that could have resulted in my son being taken from me. Tigran was recommended to me via many people and was nothing short of excellence in his work. I highly recommend David, he is the best civil attorney. He has gone above and beyond for my business and family. He genuinely gave all the options that I could have in order to WIN my case. Nowadays, it’s honestly hard to find attorneys like David. My first phone call to David I was a mess. He called me daily with updates and options. My cousin's friend recommended Attorney Tigran Palyan to me after my previous lawyer decided to back out of my case without actually doing anything. Fortunately, Tigran Palyan was a blessing because he educated me through my divorce process and gave me advice on what would be good for me and what wouldn't. He was an HUGE upgrade from my first lawyer because he constantly kept me in the loop and made me have confidence in him. I went to give a deposition as called for by the lawyers at CalTrans, I had to take my mother as she cannot be left alone. We went up the day before to assure that we would be on time the following day. We asked the women at the front desk if mom would be able to sit in the lobby during the deposition. They said yes, and went even further to say they would have water and snacks to eat. They said that she was welcome for as long as it took. They showed us a small restaurant downstairs, and made us feel like we were really welcome. I've never met such nice people, and I am angry with myself for the thoughts that I had about L.A. people. I could not have been more wrong. This place and it's employees are five star.
